Team Management <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborate with data engineers, architects, business analysts, and platform teams to align on project goals. <\/li>\n<li>Act as the primary liaison between business units, technology teams, and vendors. <\/li>\n<li>Facilitate regular updates, steering committee meetings, and issue\/risk escalations. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Required Skills &#038; Experience <\/h3>\n<h3>Must-Have <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>7+ years of experience in Project Management within the banking or financial services sector. <\/li>\n<li>Proven experience leading data and MI automation projects (especially Databricks and Confluent Kafka). <\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of data architecture, data pipelines, and streaming technologies. <\/li>\n<li>Experience managing cross-functional teams (onshore\/offshore). <\/li>\n<li>Strong command of Agile\/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Technical Exposure <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Databricks (Delta Lake, MLflow, Spark) <\/li>\n<li>Confluent Kafka (Kafka Connect, kSQL, Schema Registry) <\/li>\n<li>Azure or AWS Cloud Platforms (preferably Azure) <\/li>\n<li>Integration tools (Informatica, Data Factory), CI\/CD pipelines <\/li>\n<li>Oracle ERP Implementation experience <\/li>\n<li>PowerBI <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Preferred <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>PMP \/ Prince2 \/ Scrum Master certification <\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with regulatory frameworks: BCBS 239, GDPR, CBUAE regulations <\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of data governance principles (e.g., DAMA-DMBOK) <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u062a\u0639\u0644\u064a\u0645 <\/h3>\n<p>Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field. <\/p>\n<h3>KPIs <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>On-time, on-budget delivery of data initiatives <\/li>\n<li>Uptime and SLAs of data pipelines <\/li>\n<li>User satisfaction and stakeholder feedback <\/li>\n<li>Compliance with regulatory milestones <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> #J-18808-Ljbffr<\/p>\n<p>2026-04-05 11:46:30<\/p>","protected":false},"author":100,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","template":"","job_listing_type":[68],"job_listing_category":[1348],"job_listing_location":[720],"job_listing_tag":[],"class_list":["post-91430","job_listing","type-job_listing","status-publish","hentry","job_listing_type-full-time","job_listing_category-it-technology","job_listing_location-united-arab-emirates"],"metas":{"_job_featured_image":"","_job_featured":"","_job_filled":"","_job_urgent":"","_job_category":{"1348":"IT &amp;
