As a Lead Server you will be responsible for overseeing the dining room operations ensuring exceptional customer service and leading a team of servers to deliver an outstanding dining experience. <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Supervise and coordinate the activities of the serving team during each shift <\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness <\/li>\n<li>Train and mentor new servers providing guidance on service techniques and restaurant policies <\/li>\n<li>Resolve customer complaints and address any issues that arise during service <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation and delivery <\/li>\n<li>Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize dining room capacity <\/li>\n<li>Conduct pre-shift meetings to brief staff on daily specials events and any changes in procedures <\/li>\n<li>Assist in inventory management and placing orders for supplies as needed <\/li>\n<li>Maintain a thorough knowledge of menu items specials and wine pairings to make informed recommendations to guests <\/li>\n<li>Ensure adherence to UAE hospitality standards and cultural norms in guest interactions <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><b>Qualifications : <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3-5 years of experience in high-end restaurant or hospitality settings <\/li>\n<li>Previous leadership or supervisory experience in food service <\/li>\n<li>Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable dining experiences <\/li>\n<li>Strong leadership abilities and experience in team management <\/li>\n<li>Effective communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus <\/li>\n<li>Proven problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities <\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in POS systems and restaurant management software <\/li>\n<li>High school diploma or equivalent (required);
