Contracting &#038; Deal Support<\/p>\n<p>Draft, review, and negotiate international trading contracts across commodities and oil trading<\/p>\n<p>Build and maintain the full contractual chain (suppliers, buyers, logistics providers, storage, inspectors)<\/p>\n<p>Support structuring of complex trading transactions, including prepayments and trade finance elements<\/p>\n<p>Advise on title transfer, risk allocation, and Incoterms application<\/p>\n<p>Handle claims and disputes (quality, delivery, delays, non-performance)<\/p>\n<p>Prepare and manage documentation packages for claims<\/p>\n<p>Support and manage arbitration \/ litigation processes<\/p>\n<p>Work with external legal counsel where required<\/p>\n<p>Identify legal and commercial risks and propose mitigation strategies<\/p>\n<p>Advise on sanctions, regulatory, and compliance matters (including OFAC \/ price cap where applicable)<\/p>\n<p>Ensure compliance with applicable laws across jurisdictions<\/p>\n<p>Monitor regulatory developments in commodity and oil trading<\/p>\n<p>4.
