My client a leading multinational technology organisation is looking for a Head of Financial Planning & Analysis <\/b>. This is a strategic leadership position working closely with the CFO and executive team to drive financial visibility, improve planning processes, and support key business decisions. <\/p>\n

The role will focus on shaping the organisation\u2019s financial planning framework, strengthening forecasting and budgeting practices, and providing meaningful insights that help guide growth and operational performance. <\/p>\n

  • Managing and improving budgeting processes and long-term financial planning <\/li>\n
  • Enhancing reporting capabilities to support better, data-driven decisions <\/li>\n
  • Identifying potential financial risks and supporting mitigation strategies <\/li>\n
  • Developing and leading a high-performing FP&A team <\/li>\n
  • Leading the company\u2019s financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis activities <\/li>\n
  • Supporting audit activities and working with external partners where required <\/li>\n
  • Overseeing financial controls and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and policies <\/li>\n
  • Driving improvements in financial systems, reporting tools, and planning platforms <\/li>\n
  • Partnering with senior leadership to provide commercial and strategic financial insights <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    • Strong background in financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning <\/li>\n
    • Ability to partner effectively with executive stakeholders and influence decision-making <\/li>\n
    • Professional finance qualifications such as CPA, CMA, or CFA <\/b> are advantageous <\/li>\n
    • Strong background in finance, with hands-on experience in multinational, IT, or technology companies is a MUST. <\/b> <\/li>\n
    • At least 11+ years experience in a similar role with 5+ being in management. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
