Architecture <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Define and own the end\u2011to\u2011end system architecture for scalable, secure, and high\u2011performance platforms <\/li>\n<li>Lead technical design reviews and align teams with long\u2011term engineering vision <\/li>\n<li>Establish and enforce best practices in software design, coding standards, and system reliability <\/li>\n<li>Evaluate emerging technologies and make build\u2011vs\u2011buy decisions <\/li>\n<li>Identify opportunities to leverage modern tools and automation within the development lifecycle <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Engineering Leadership <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead, mentor, and develop high\u2011performing engineering teams across multiple levels <\/li>\n<li>Provide technical direction across multiple squads or product teams <\/li>\n<li>Establish strong engineering practices including code reviews, quality benchmarks, and standards <\/li>\n<li>Support hiring, onboarding, and performance management of engineering talent <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Delivery &#038; Execution <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Translate business requirements into technical solutions and execution plans <\/li>\n<li>Ensure timely delivery of high\u2011quality solutions within defined scope <\/li>\n<li>Partner with Product teams on roadmap planning and technical feasibility assessments <\/li>\n<li>Identify and manage technical risks, dependencies, and constraints <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Operational Excellence <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee system performance, monitoring, logging, and reliability <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with DevOps\/DevSecOps teams to implement CI\/CD pipelines, automation, and security best practices <\/li>\n<li>Optimize engineering productivity through tools, frameworks, and process improvements  <\/li>\n<li>Drive efficient and outcome\u2011focused release management practices <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Cross\u2011Functional Collaboration <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Work closely with AI\/ML teams to integrate advanced features into products <\/li>\n<li>Align architectural layers across frontend, backend, and data systems <\/li>\n<li>Communicate technical decisions, trade\u2011offs, and solutions clearly to stakeholders <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u062a\u0637\u0644\u0628\u0627\u062a <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field <\/li>\n<li>8\u201312+ years of experience in software engineering <\/li>\n<li>3\u20135+ years in a technical leadership or architecture role <\/li>\n<li>Strong experience building scalable backend systems (e.g., Python or similar technologies) <\/li>\n<li>Hands\u2011on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) <\/li>\n<li>Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud\u2011native architectures, APIs, and databases (SQL &#038;
