We are looking for a senior leader capable of building, launching, and scaling a luxury beauty salon chain and franchise model in Dubai from the ground up.<\/p>\n
This is not a single-salon management role.<\/p>\n
This position is for someone who has built salons, created systems, launched branches, and understands franchise execution.<\/p>\n

Launch new salons from concept to opening<\/p>\n
Design and execute a scalable chain and franchise structure<\/p>\n
Build and lead management and operational teams<\/p>\n
Develop SOPs, training systems, and quality control frameworks<\/p>\n
Oversee and scale multiple salon branches<\/p>\n
Prepare and manage franchise operational models<\/p>\n
Supervise location setup, staffing, opening, and stabilization<\/p>\n
Control profitability, costs, and performance across branches<\/p>\n
Report directly to senior management<\/p>\n
Proven experience in salon chain or franchise development<\/p>\n
Hands-on experience in Dubai \/ UAE market<\/p>\n
Strong team-building and leadership capability<\/p>\n
Deep understanding of luxury salon operations<\/p>\n
Execution-driven, system-minded, results-oriented<\/p>\n
