We are building a home service vertical in Dubai from the ground up. <\/p>\n
This role is for someone who has already done it \u2014 not someone who wants to learn how. <\/p>\n
You will be responsible for launching, structuring, and scaling a fully operational home service unit across beauty and massage. <\/p>\n
We are looking for an operator with direct, hands\u2011on experience in running home services in Dubai someone who understands both the commercial and operational realities of the market. <\/p>\n
Proven experience launching or managing a home service business (beauty, wellness, or similar) <\/p>\n
Deep understanding of Dubai\u2019s customer behavior, pricing sensitivity, and demand cycles <\/p>\n
Existing access to a network of technicians (nails, hair, massage) who can be activated quickly <\/p>\n
Experience managing scheduling, routing, and dispatch in a live environment <\/p>\n
Strong control over pricing, margins, and commission structures <\/p>\n
This is a build\u2011and\u2011execute role, not a coordination role. <\/p>\n
Minimum 5+ years managing a women\u2019s salon in Dubai <\/p>\n
Direct involvement in home service operations <\/p>\n
Demonstrated ability to build and deploy teams quickly, including assembling a 5-person specialist team within 30 days <\/p>\n
Proven ability to launch and execute live services within 60 days <\/p>\n
Strong commercial awareness (unit economics, pricing, retention) <\/p>\n
Candidates with only salon floor or branch management experience <\/p>\n
Profiles without real exposure to home service logistics <\/p>\n
Candidates relying on hiring through job portals to build teams <\/p>\n
Those who prefer structured environments over building from zero <\/p>\n
Full ownership of the home service vertical <\/p>\n
Marketing budget and demand generation support <\/p>\n
