1. Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) <\/b> <\/p>\n\n- Prepare a complete and detailed Work Breakdown Structure for every project. <\/li>\n
- Break down work into discipline-wise and package-wise tasks to ensure clarity and accountability. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
2. Engineering Deliverables Planning <\/b> <\/p>\n\n- Define all deliverables required for Concept, Basic, and Detailed Engineering phases. <\/li>\n
