Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, in Arabic and English. <\/p>\n
Strong negotiation skills and experience with closing real estate deals. <\/p>\n
In-depth knowledge of real estate sales processes, market trends, and legal regulations in Dubai. <\/p>\n
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage sales activities. <\/p>\n
