de service sur le suivi des candidats.<\/p>\n<h3>Horaires<\/h3>\n<h3>Du lundi au vendredi<\/h3>\n<h3>16h45 \u00e0 03h00 (heure de Montr\u00e9al)<\/h3>\n<h3>21h45 \u00e0 08h00 (heure marocaine)<\/h3>\n<h3>Missions<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Relais recrutement (16h45 \u00e0 20h00 \/ 21h30 \u2013 heure Montr\u00e9al)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En d\u00e9but de service, vous intervenez en relais direct de la recruteuse de jour :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Relance des candidats non joignables en journ\u00e9e<\/li>\n<li>Suivi des dossiers administratifs (documents manquants)<\/li>\n<li>Prise de rendez-vous (entretiens, \u00e9changes RH)<\/li>\n<li>Qualification de premiers \u00e9changes candidats si n\u00e9cessaire<\/li>\n<li>Mise \u00e0 jour des outils de suivi recrutement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Vous contribuez \u00e0 assurer la continuit\u00e9 et la fluidit\u00e9 du processus de recrutement.<\/p>\n<h3>Astreinte op\u00e9rationnelle de nuit (jusqu\u2019\u00e0 03h00)<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>R\u00e9ception des appels entrants (clients, partenaires, personnel en mission)<\/li>\n<li>Gestion des urgences : remplacements, incidents, situations sensibles<\/li>\n<li>Suivi des \u00e9quipes terrain (notamment personnel m\u00e9dical)<\/li>\n<li>Traitement des emails<\/li>\n<li>Coordination interne via les outils de communication<\/li>\n<li>R\u00e9daction d\u2019un rapport de fin de service<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Profil recherch\u00e9<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Exp\u00e9rience significative en recrutement exig\u00e9e (minimum 2 ans recommand\u00e9)<\/li>\n<li>Exp\u00e9rience en relation client ou gestion d\u2019appels appr\u00e9ci\u00e9e<\/li>\n<li>Excellente communication orale et \u00e9crite en fran\u00e7ais<\/li>\n<li>Capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 g\u00e9rer les priorit\u00e9s et les situations d\u2019urgence<\/li>\n<li>Autonomie, rigueur et sens des responsabilit\u00e9s<\/li>\n<li>Bonne ma\u00eetrise des outils bureautiques et outils de suivi candidats<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Une exp\u00e9rience en environnement m\u00e9dical ou en gestion de planning est un
