Role Overview<\/u><\/strong>
Reporting to the Manager, Data Processing, the Document Processing Specialist is responsible for the accurate and timely execution of monthly job processing and fulfilment activities for multiple clients. The role ensures all deliverables meet established internal and external service level agreements (SLAs) and client-specific specifications.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Execute end-to-end monthly production cycles in accordance with defined SLAs
\u2022 Perform regular quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of output
\u2022 Provide internal and external stakeholders with production updates, progress reports, and status communication
\u2022 Manage and respond to incoming queries related to production and fulfilment
\u2022 Configure and optimize document processing tools to meet client requirements
\u2022 Monitor automated processing workflows and resolve issues related to statement and document generation
\u2022 Review work orders to determine job specifications and operational requirements
\u2022 Liaise with the implementation team and provide input on new client implementations and enhancement projects
\u2022 Ensure timely delivery of implementations and change requests, with full documentation captured in the CRM system
\u2022 Respond to Level 1 support cases and maintain updates in internal tracking tools
\u2022 Escalate unresolved or critical issues in line with defined escalation procedures<\/p>\n

Education and Technical Requirements<\/strong><\/u>

\u2022 Experience with document processing and delivery is an asset
\u2022 Experience in the financial services industry is an asset
\u2022 Experience working in client-server environments
\u2022 Proficient with Windows-based PCs and Microsoft Office applications<\/p>\n

\u2022 Experience working with XML data<\/h3>\n

\u2022 Experience managing or manipulating data using MS Excel, MS Access, and MS SQL Server is advantageous
\u2022 Experience with photo editing software is beneficial<\/p>\n
