In this role, you\u2019ll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them via chat and email (no phone calls). You\u2019ll assist with inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a smooth customer experience.<\/p>\n<p>This position is fully remote. However, if you\u2019re based near Nantes, you\u2019re welcome to work from our office occasionally.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What We\u2019re Looking For<\/strong><\/div>\n<ul class=\"p-rich_text_list p-rich_text_list__bullet p-rich_text_list--nested\">\n<li><strong>Fluency in English and French is mandatory<\/strong>: English is our primary working language, so strong written and verbal communication skills are essential. We&#8217;re also looking to expand coverage for our French-speaking customers. Bonus points for additional languages spoken<\/li>\n<li><strong>Technical knowledge<\/strong>: You don\u2019t need to be a developer, but a solid understanding of tech concepts (e.g., HTML\/CSS) is required. This isn\u2019t a \u201clearn on the job\u201d role so come prepared!<\/li>\n<li><strong>Experience in Customer Support via Live Chat<\/strong>: You should be comfortable handling multiple customer conversations simultaneously, providing clear and efficient responses in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience with live chat tools is a strong plus.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Experience with B2B &amp; Support Software<\/strong>: You should understand how SaaS (Software as a Service) products work and have experience using or supporting B2B and customer support tools (e.g., help desks, CRMs, or ticketing systems).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Team spirit<\/strong>: Empathy, kindness, understanding, active listening, and a collaborative mindset are essential.
