OVERVIEW<\/strong> <\/span><\/div>\n
We\u2019re seeking a full-time Senior Ads Specialist to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of paid media strategies across a portfolio of SMB clients to join our fully remote team, and the successful individual could be based anywhere in the world. <\/span><\/div>\n

This is a high-impact, strategic role for someone who can take full ownership of campaign performance, think critically about growth opportunities, and consistently drive measurable results. This is a fully remote position, and the successful individual could be based anywhere in the world. In collaboration with the Account Management Team and cross-functional departments, the  Senior Ads Specialist is responsible for delivering scalable, high-performing paid media strategies that contribute to the success of Wishpond Technologies.<\/span><\/div>\n

RESPONSIBILITIES <\/strong>             <\/strong><\/div>\n
\u2022 Lead the development of paid media strategies across all clients, distributing execution tasks among Google and Meta Ads Specialists. While primarily focused on strategy, this role may support execution when necessary.<\/span><\/div>\n
\u2022 Own campaign performance end-to-end, including budget allocation, targeting, creative direction, and ongoing optimization. <\/span><\/div>\n
\u2022 Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations to improve results. <\/span><\/div>\n
\u2022 <\/strong>Transition and manage accounts from daily to monthly budget strategies where appropriate, ensuring efficiency and scalability.<\/span><\/div>\n
\u2022<\/strong> Identify opportunities for growth, testing new channels, audiences, and campaign approaches to maximize ROI.<\/span><\/div>\n
\u2022 Collaborate with Account Managers and creative teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with overall marketing strategies.<\/span><\/div>\n
\u2022 Communicate performance updates, insights, and recommendations clearly to internal teams and stakeholders.<\/span><\/div>\n
\n
\u2022 Meet with clients as needed to address questions related to strategy or performance and provide expert guidance.<\/span><\/div>\n
\n
\u2022 Leverage AI tools to enhance campaign performance, reporting, and creative development.<\/span><\/div>\n
\u2022 Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in paid media.<\/span><\/div>\n
\u2022 Maintain high standards of execution, ensuring campaigns meet performance expectations and client objectives.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\u2022 Other duties as assigned<\/span><\/div>\n

QUALIFICATIONS<\/strong><\/div>\n
\u2022 4\u20136 years of experience in Paid Media, Digital Advertising, or Performance Marketing, preferably in an agency or SaaS environment.<\/span><\/div>\n
\u2022 Proven track record of managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across multiple platforms.<\/span><\/div>\n
\u2022 Strong understanding of campaign strategy, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and conversion optimization.<\/span><\/div>\n
\u2022 Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4.<\/span><\/div>\n
\u2022 Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.<\/span><\/div>\n
\u2022 Experience managing multiple accounts and budgets simultaneously with strong attention to detail.<\/span><\/div>\n
\u2022 Familiarity with AI tools and a willingness to integrate them into daily workflows.<\/span><\/div>\n
\u2022 Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly present performance insights and recommendations.<\/span><\/div>\n
\u2022 Highly organized, proactive, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.<\/span><\/div>\n
\u2022 Fluent in English (spoken and written). Knowledge of a second language is considered an asset<\/span><\/div>\n

WORK ENVIRONMENT<\/strong><\/div>\n
\u2022 Given the nature of this role, it is expected that the successful candidate will provide their own workstation, computer, headset, and have a fast and reliable internet connection. This position may be required to download and utilize company software.<\/span><\/div>\n
\u2022 The individual must be prepared to work standard business hours on Eastern Time or Pacific Time.<\/span><\/div>\n
\u2022 Due to the nature of this role, we may verify backgrounds, including conducting employment reference, criminal record and credit checks.<\/span><\/div>\n
\u2022 Once hired, the successful candidate must provide a valid government-issued photo ID and proof of residential address as part of their onboarding process.<\/span><\/div>\n
