We partner closely with customers to understand their workflows, design intelligent automation solutions, and ensure our agents deliver real business value. Our work spans workflow design, agent configuration, technical integration, and ongoing optimization. We collaborate with engineering, ML, and product teams to translate abstract problems into scalable, agentic systems that work in the real world. This is a high-context, high-ownership environment where Deployment engineers operate with autonomy, move fast, and shape both how Beam\u2019s platform evolves and how our customers succeed. <\/p>\n<h3>About the Role <\/h3>\n<p>As a Senior AI Agent Forward Deployment Engineer at Beam, you will play a key role in delivering enterprise-grade AI automations tailored to real business processes. You\u2019ll work directly with clients to understand their requirements, break down complex workflows, and design prompt-driven agents that solve high-impact problems. You&#8217;ll also support integration efforts with client systems and ensure smooth delivery from concept to deployment. You will be expected to: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Drive the entire lifecycle of AI automation deployment, from understanding customer requirements, through solution design, to hands\u2011on implementation using our no\u2011code Agent OS. <\/li>\n<li>Engage directly with customers across technical and executive teams, helping them discover automation opportunities and building AI solutions that improve their operations. <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and solutions teams to scope, define, and implement new features based on real customer needs. <\/li>\n<li>Design agentic automations and engineer prompts that are scalable, efficient, and integrate smoothly into customer workflows. <\/li>\n<li>Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI and apply them to solve critical business problems and drive new features that impact the future of Beam\u2019s AI platform. <\/li>\n<li>Troubleshoot technical issues and provide guidance to both customers and internal teams throughout the implementation process. <\/li>\n<li>Act as a strategic technical partner, advising customers on best practices, helping them adopt AI agents, and identifying opportunities for deeper integration. <\/li>\n<li>Work with client\u2011side and internal technical teams to scope and manage API\u2011based integrations. <\/li>\n<li>Provide structured feedback from real use cases to help improve our platform. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or a related technical field. <\/li>\n<li>At least 5 years of experience in roles like Solution Engineering, IT Consulting, Implementation or Deployment Engineering. <\/li>\n<li>Strong hands\u2011on experience with prompt engineering, including writing, testing, and optimizing prompts in a structured way. <\/li>\n<li>Programming skills, especially in Python or Node.js. <\/li>\n<li>Solid understanding of APIs and how to use them to integrate external systems. <\/li>\n<li>Project management experience, able to manage delivery timelines and client expectations. <\/li>\n<li>Experience engaging directly with clients, especially around requirement gathering and solution delivery. <\/li>\n<li>Analytical and process\u2011driven mindset, able to break down business workflows and think structurally. <\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts. <\/li>\n<li>Passion for staying up to date with AI trends, tools, and industry developments. <\/li>\n<li>Nice to have: Familiarity with no\u2011code tools such as Zapier, Make, Relevance AI, Lindy, or similar. <\/li>\n<li>Background in AI\/ML or experience applying AI to business workflows. <\/li>\n<li>Experience in fast\u2011paced or startup environments. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Culture &#038; Values <\/h3>\n<p>At Beam, we\u2019re building an environment where ambitious people can do their best work, with clarity, purpose, and room to grow.
