{"id":94999,"date":"2026-04-13T18:43:00","date_gmt":"2026-04-13T14:43:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/herecareers.com\/job\/senior-manager-projects-economic-cities-free-zones\/"},"modified":"2026-04-13T18:43:01","modified_gmt":"2026-04-13T14:43:01","slug":"senior-manager-projects-economic-cities-free-zones","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/herecareers.com\/ar\/job\/senior-manager-projects-economic-cities-free-zones\/","title":{"rendered":"Senior Manager Projects, Economic Cities &#038; Free Zones"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>411_3382729<\/p>\n<p><p>Manage large scale projects and support in the delivery of ECFZ programmes. <\/p>\n<h3>Core Responsibilities <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage all activities across ECFZ large-scale projects to enable successful delivery of project goals in a timely matter. <\/li>\n<li>Provide guidance to define project\u2019s scope of work; lead deliverables, plan schedule, monitor resources (personnel, equipment and materials) and oversee budget to meet EC&#038;FZ client\u2019s requirements. <\/li>\n<li>Control ECFZ large-scale project risks, provide advice to resolve issues and update mitigation plans to ensure project success. <\/li>\n<li>Responsible for ensuring ECFZ project compliance to group governance, internal and external stakeholders, and cluster requirements. <\/li>\n<li>Support in managing the interfaces and dependencies across ECFZ project, clusters, and external parties. <\/li>\n<li>Promote HSE culture and activities in the construction activities across ECFZ large scale projects. <\/li>\n<li>Monitor the progress and performance of large-scall projects, review metrics, analyze bottlenecks, and recommend action plans. <\/li>\n<li>Prepare reports for the management for all ECFZ medium-scall project delivery such as the current activities, data analysis and forecasting study. <\/li>\n<li>Liaise with ECFZ large scale project owners and review the assigned specifications, standards, and procedures to meet project requirements and achieve objectives. <\/li>\n<li>Direct maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all large-scale projects. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>People Management Responsibilities <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and maintain a positive and collaborative culture between project teams, supply chain and other stakeholders for the betterment of the AD Ports group. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Strategic Responsibilities <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and maintain relationships with other projects, suppliers, consultants, and contractors. <\/li>\n<li>Support the development and continuous improvement of departmental working practices. <\/li>\n<li>Identify and support improvement initiatives. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Role Requirements <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in relevant field (engineering, construction management, project management, etc.) <\/li>\n<li>Excellent English.
