We build AI teammates that augment clinicians \u2014 scribes, nurses, receptionists, translators \u2014 all powered by our own world\u2011class models and deployed in real\u2011world care. <\/p>\n<h3>About the Role <\/h3>\n<p>We\u2019re hiring a Head of Engineering, Platform to own and scale the Platform domain with full technical and execution ownership for its surface area. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629 <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>End\u2011to\u2011end engineering execution: architecture \u2192 roadmap \u2192 delivery \u2192 reliability. <\/li>\n<li>Step\u2011function performance improvements \u2014 targeting 50%+ latency cuts across AI workflows. <\/li>\n<li>Observability, metrics, and model\u2011selection systems that hold up at scale. <\/li>\n<li>Engineering rituals that keep teams shipping: standups, backlog ownership (Linear), cross\u2011functional coordination. <\/li>\n<li>Translating product goals into clear plans, timelines, and unblocked teams. <\/li>\n<li>Continuous quality pipelines: accuracy, completeness, reliability of every output. <\/li>\n<li>Engineering bar across the stack: code quality, reviews, on\u2011call, operational rigor. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Hard Requirements <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>You\u2019ve built something from zero and shipped it: founder, founding engineer, or first technical hire at a company that actually mattered to you. <\/li>\n<li>You\u2019ve led people (even a small team) and made them better, not just managed them. <\/li>\n<li>You thrive in high\u2011intensity, early\u2011stage environments, YC, seed\u2011stage, zero\u2011to\u2011one \u2014 where speed and judgment are the whole game. <\/li>\n<li>Ambiguity is your operating system. Incomplete direction \u2192 clear technical plan \u2192 shipped product. No heavy process needed. <\/li>\n<li>You default to leverage and simplicity: durable solutions, sharp instinct for when to optimize vs. when to ship. <\/li>\n<li>You still write code.
