We are currently seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Engineer \u2013 Landscape <\/b> to oversee and manage landscape construction activities across our developments, ensuring high-quality execution of both hardscape and softscape works in line with project specifications and timelines. <\/p>\n

Role Description <\/h3>\n

To manage and supervise landscape construction activities including hardscape and softscape works, ensuring projects are executed according to design specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project schedules. <\/p>\n

  • Supervise and manage landscape construction activities <\/b> including hardscape and softscape works across project sites. <\/li>\n
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and internal project teams <\/b> to ensure smooth project execution. <\/li>\n
  • Review and monitor shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements <\/b> related to landscape works. <\/li>\n
  • Ensure proper execution of hard landscape works such as interlock paving, kerbstone installation, pathways, pergolas, water features, retaining walls, and street furniture <\/b>. <\/li>\n
  • Oversee softscape works including planting, irrigation systems, turfing, and horticultural installations <\/b>. <\/li>\n
  • Monitor project progress to ensure landscape works are completed within project timelines and budgets <\/b>. <\/li>\n
  • Conduct site inspections and quality checks <\/b> to ensure compliance with project specifications and authority standards. <\/li>\n
  • Coordinate with QA\/QC and HSE teams <\/b> to ensure quality and safety requirements are met. <\/li>\n
  • Resolve site-related issues and provide technical guidance to site engineers and subcontractors <\/b>. <\/li>\n
  • Support project close-out activities including snagging, de-snagging, and handover documentation <\/b>. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Qualifications & Experience <\/h3>\n
      \n
    • Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Engineering, or related discipline <\/b>. <\/li>\n
    • Minimum 8\u201312 years of experience in landscape construction <\/b>, with at least 3\u20135 years in a senior or supervisory role <\/b>. <\/li>\n
    • Strong experience in both hardscape and softscape works <\/b> within large-scale residential or mixed-use developments. <\/li>\n
    • Experience working on UAE\/GCC landscape projects <\/b> is mandatory. <\/li>\n
    • Good understanding of landscape construction methods, irrigation systems, and finishing standards <\/b>. <\/li>\n
    • Strong site management and execution capabilities <\/b>. <\/li>\n
    • Knowledge of hardscape construction techniques and landscape materials <\/b>. <\/li>\n
    • Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills <\/b>. <\/li>\n
    • Strong problem-solving and technical decision-making ability <\/b>. <\/li>\n
    • Ability to manage subcontractors and site teams effectively <\/b>. <\/li>\n
    • Good understanding of quality, safety, and authority compliance requirements <\/b>. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
