It is a strategic leadership position focused on building, scaling, and aligning HR functions across multiple regions. <\/p>\n<p>You will report directly to the Chief HR Officer and play a key role in shaping the organisation\u2019s global workforce strategy. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629 <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead HR strategy across USA, GCC, and APAC operations <\/li>\n<li>Design and implement organisational structures to support rapid growth <\/li>\n<li>Drive workforce planning aligned with business expansion <\/li>\n<li>Develop and execute Learning &#038; Development frameworks <\/li>\n<li>Build and embed culture across multi-regional teams <\/li>\n<li>Lead organisational development initiatives <\/li>\n<li>Partner with leadership to support scaling of data centre operations <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Candidate Requirements <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 15+ years of HR experience <\/li>\n<li>Currently operating at Director or VP level <\/li>\n<li><b>Mandatory data centre experience, with the last two roles in the sector <\/b> <\/li>\n<li>Experience working across multiple regions (USA, GCC, APAC preferred) <\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to operate in high-growth, fast-paced environments <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Strong track record in <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Workforce planning <\/li>\n<li>Culture and transformation <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>What This Role Offers <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Direct reporting line to senior leadership <\/li>\n<li>Exposure to global operations and strategy <\/li>\n<li>Opportunity to build and shape HR functions at scale <\/li>\n<li>Long-term growth within a developer expanding into data centres <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This role requires deep, recent experience within the data centre sector.
