With a competitive benefits package, genuine opportunities to advance, and a focus on continuous learning and development, we\u2019re committed to supporting your growth as we work together to deliver excellence \u201cFor the Better.\u201d <\/p>\n<h3>Role Purpose <\/h3>\n<p>The Source-to-Pay End-to-End Lead \/ Procurement Transformation Director will lead the transformation of the end-to-end procurement value chain, driving seamless processes across sourcing, contracting, purchasing, supplier management, invoicing, and payment. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0633\u0645\u0649 \u0627\u0644\u0648\u0638\u064a\u0641\u064a <\/h3>\n<h3>End-to-End S2P Transformation Leadership <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Own the end-to-end Source-to-Pay value chain across strategic sourcing, contract management, procure-to-pay operations, and supplier management <\/li>\n<li>Define the target operating model for procurement <\/li>\n<li>Lead the redesign of global S2P processes in line with best practices <\/li>\n<li>Establish process governance and global standards <\/li>\n<li>Drive harmonization across regions and business units <\/li>\n<li>Lead the implementation and optimization of procurement platforms, including sourcing, contract lifecycle management, supplier management, procure-to-pay, and analytics tools <\/li>\n<li>Ensure strong integration with ERP and finance systems <\/li>\n<li>Lead large-scale transformation programs across process, technology, and organizational change <\/li>\n<li>Manage program governance, milestones, and value realization <\/li>\n<li>Coordinate cross-functional teams across Procurement, Finance, IT, Shared Services, and external partners <\/li>\n<li>Strengthen supplier collaboration and performance management <\/li>\n<li>Enable supplier onboarding and digital adoption <\/li>\n<li>Enhance contract compliance and supplier governance <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u062e\u0628\u0631\u0629 <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>12 to 15 years of Procurement experience, including at least 3 years in a regional role within a multinational or complex organization <\/li>\n<li>Proven experience in Lean and Continuous Improvement implementation <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Functional Knowledge <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong end-to-end procurement expertise across P2P, PR-to-PO, vendor onboarding, and operational controls <\/li>\n<li>Strong command of procurement governance, policies, SOPs, DoA, and audit requirements <\/li>\n<li>Proficient in SAP, Ariba, and other digital procurement systems <\/li>\n<li>Strong capability in KPI tracking, reporting, and data-driven decision-making <\/li>\n<li>Experience leading transformation initiatives and capability-building programs <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Join us and be part of a team that&#8217;s not just shaping the future of food and beverage but also making a meaningful impact on the world.
