In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing the procurement function, ensuring that the company&#8217;s material needs are met efficiently and cost-effectively while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629 <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with the company\u2019s construction projects and overall business goals. <\/li>\n<li>Lead negotiation efforts with suppliers and vendors to secure optimal contracts, pricing, and terms. <\/li>\n<li>Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure a reliable supply chain. <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with project management teams to forecast procurement needs and manage inventory levels proactively. <\/li>\n<li>Monitor market trends and analyze supplier performance to enhance procurement efficiency. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and best practices in procurement activities. <\/li>\n<li>Supervise and mentor the procurement team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development. <\/li>\n<li>Prepare and present regular reports on procurement activities, risks, and opportunities to senior management. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Matching the current market standards and open for discussion.
