Culture) technology platforms, ensuring they are aligned to business objectives and deliver a best-in-class employee experience. <\/p>\n<p>You will act as the key bridge between HR and Technology, shaping the future of digital HR through automation, data, and AI-led initiatives. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629 <\/h3>\n<h3>P&#038;C Technology Leadership &#038; Transformation <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Define and lead the strategy, integration, and management of core HR systems (e.g., Oracle Fusion, Workday, SuccessFactors, etc.) <\/li>\n<li>Drive digital transformation across the HR lifecycle, including automation and self-service capabilities <\/li>\n<li>Identify opportunities to enhance employee experience through AI, dashboards, and digital tools <\/li>\n<li>Own vendor selection, management, and platform optimisation <\/li>\n<li>Track and measure transformation success through KPIs (adoption, efficiency, user satisfaction) <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Cross-Functional Collaboration <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Partner closely with Technology, Digital, and Data teams to align HR systems with enterprise architecture <\/li>\n<li>Work with analytics teams to ensure clean, structured, and actionable data <\/li>\n<li>Act as the key interface between business stakeholders and technical teams <\/li>\n<li>Champion adoption of digital tools across HR and wider business functions <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Key Requirements <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>10+ years\u2019 experience in technology \/ systems management <\/li>\n<li>Minimum 5 years within HR technology or digital transformation roles <\/li>\n<li>Proven experience with enterprise HR systems (Oracle Fusion, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, etc.) <\/li>\n<li>Strong track record in HR process digitisation and transformation initiatives <\/li>\n<li>Experience working closely with IT \/ Digital teams in large-scale environments <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Skills &#038;
