We\u2019re hiring a General Manager to build and lead our Contract Logistics \/ 3PL division in the UAE. <\/p>\n<p>This is a senior, hands-on leadership role with real autonomy. You\u2019ll shape the operating model, launch and ramp new sites, win and retain customers, and deliver performance across warehousing and value-added logistics. You\u2019ll be the person who turns strategy into an operating engine: people, process, systems, service, and margin. <\/p>\n<h3>Reporting line <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Reports to: VP Contract Logistics (Singapore) <\/li>\n<li>Functional interface: Regional\/Group Contract Logistics leadership, Commercial\/Solutions Design, Finance, IT <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>What you\u2019ll own (core responsibilities) <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead the end-to-end P&#038;L for the UAE Contract Logistics \/ 3PL product line (shared accountability with senior leadership). <\/li>\n<li>Own current and future sites across the UAE: launch, ramp-up, stabilization, and scale. <\/li>\n<li>Provide direct leadership to operational teams, building a strong bench through succession planning, coaching, and performance management. <\/li>\n<li>Partner with Sales on 3PL enquiries, solution design, pricing inputs, and customer proposals. <\/li>\n<li>Work with regional teams to develop client-specific solutions (layout, process design, systems, labor model, cost-to-serve). <\/li>\n<li>Drive continuous improvement and productivity programs across warehouse operations. <\/li>\n<li>Lead quality and HSE standards, training, and compliance to ensure safe, audit-ready operations. <\/li>\n<li>Build senior relationships with major customers and implement retention and growth plans. <\/li>\n<li>Lead strategic projects aligned to country and product strategy (new verticals, new capabilities, automation, systems upgrades). <\/li>\n<li>Maintain a close view of local market dynamics (rates, competitors, customer needs) to position the business effectively. <\/li>\n<li>Develop relationships with facility owners\/landlords and stay current on availability and market rates. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>OKRs <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>On-time, on-budget launch of new Contract Logistics operations and sites in the UAE <\/li>\n<li>Strong customer KPI performance (service levels, inventory accuracy, productivity) <\/li>\n<li>Stable, scalable operating rhythms (SOPs, dashboards, governance) <\/li>\n<li>Healthy margin delivery and disciplined cost control <\/li>\n<li>High-performing leadership team with clear succession <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>10+ years\u2019 experience in Contract Logistics \/ 3PL \/ warehousing leadership (multi-site preferred). <\/li>\n<li>Proven track record owning operational performance and commercial outcomes (P&#038;L exposure strongly preferred). <\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of warehousing processes: inbound\/outbound, inventory control, VAS, returns, cycle counting. <\/li>\n<li>Experience designing and calculating warehouse\/supply chain processes (labor model, layout, throughput, cost-to-serve). <\/li>\n<li>Confident stakeholder management with customers, internal leadership, and external partners. <\/li>\n<li>Strong communication skills and a practical, solutions-led mindset. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u062a\u0639\u0644\u064a\u0645 <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree (Logistics \/ Supply Chain \/ Engineering or similar) <\/li>\n<li>Master\u2019s degree is a plus <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Skills <\/h3>\n<p>Skills &#038;
