Workforce Planning <\/b> to lead enterprise-wide structural transformation and capability planning initiatives. <\/p>\n<p>This is a high-impact role partnering closely with executive leadership to design scalable operating models, enhance organizational effectiveness, and drive data-led workforce strategies across multiple business units. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629 <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead the design and implementation of enterprise operating models aligned to business strategy and growth objectives <\/li>\n<li>Drive organizational restructuring initiatives, including spans &#038;
