This role requires a commercially driven finance leader with deep expertise in extended-stay and residential-style hospitality, combined with experience overseeing multiple properties within a cluster structure. <\/p>\n<p>The successful candidate will bring a balance of <b>operational finance discipline and strategic insight <\/b>, with a proven track record managing diverse property types, including serviced apartments, boutique residences, and luxury hotel components within integrated developments. <\/p>\n<h3>Candidate Profile <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Currently serving in a <b>Multi-Unit Director of Finance <\/b> role, overseeing <b>a minimum of three properties <\/b>. <\/li>\n<li>Extensive experience within <b>serviced apartments, extended-stay, or mixed-use hospitality environments <\/b>. <\/li>\n<li>Background in <b>luxury, deluxe, and boutique hospitality segments <\/b>, with exposure to both <b>large-scale and smaller, niche properties <\/b>. <\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of <b>residential hospitality financial models <\/b>, including long-term stays and hybrid lease structures. <\/li>\n<li><b>Mandatory Middle East experience <\/b>, with strong knowledge of regional financial practices and regulations. <\/li>\n<li>Fluency in <b>English and Arabic <\/b> is essential. <\/li>\n<li>Commercially astute with the ability to translate financial data into operational strategy. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><b>CPA or CA qualification preferred <\/b>, or Bachelor\u2019s degree in <b>Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline <\/b>. <\/li>\n<li>Strong command of hospitality financial systems and reporting platforms. <\/li>\n<li>Advanced Excel and financial modeling capabilities. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Core Competencies <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Multi-property financial leadership <\/li>\n<li>Serviced apartment &#038;
