Optimization <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct end-to-end process reviews across business functions (Business, Credit, Operations, etc.) <\/li>\n<li>Perform process mapping, process mining, and gap analysis to identify inefficiencies <\/li>\n<li>Design and implement optimized future state processes <\/li>\n<li>Standardize processes across the organization to ensure consistency and scalability <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Stakeholder Management &#038; Governance <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Partner with senior leadership and functional heads to align on transformation priorities <\/li>\n<li>Establish governance frameworks to track progress, risks, and dependencies <\/li>\n<li>Drive regular steering committees and status updates with leadership <\/li>\n<li>Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment across cross-functional teams <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Data Analysis &#038; Performance Management <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Leverage data analytics to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities <\/li>\n<li>Establish KPIs, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms (including TAT, productivity, cost metrics) <\/li>\n<li>Drive a performance-driven culture through continuous monitoring and reporting <\/li>\n<li>Utilize tools such as Power BI for visualization and insights <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Collaboration with Product &#038; Technology <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Work closely with Product Managers and Technology teams to enable digital transformation <\/li>\n<li>Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications <\/li>\n<li>Support backlog creation, prioritization, and delivery tracking in Agile environments <\/li>\n<li>Ensure solutions are scalable, compliant, and aligned with business needs <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Change Management &#038; Adoption <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Drive change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems <\/li>\n<li>Develop communication plans, training programs, and user enablement strategies <\/li>\n<li>Address resistance to change and ensure stakeholder buy-in across levels <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Risk, Compliance &#038; Control Alignment <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure all transformation initiatives comply with regulatory and internal control requirements <\/li>\n<li>Work closely with Risk and Compliance teams to embed controls within redesigned processes <\/li>\n<li>Identify and mitigate operational risks arising from process changes <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Financial Impact &#038; Business Case Development <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Build business cases for transformation initiatives with clear ROI and cost-benefit analysis <\/li>\n<li>Track and report financial impact including cost savings, efficiency gains, and revenue enablement <\/li>\n<li>Ensure accountability for delivering committed business outcomes <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Testing, Implementation &#038; BAU Transition <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business requirements <\/li>\n<li>Manage implementation rollouts and transition to Business-as-Usual (BAU) operations <\/li>\n<li>Ensure proper documentation, SOPs, and knowledge transfer <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Knowledge &#038; Skills Requirements <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong expertise in business transformation within Financial Services \/ NBFC environment <\/li>\n<li>Deep understanding of lending lifecycle, finance operations, and customer journeys <\/li>\n<li>Proven experience in process re-engineering and operational excellence frameworks <\/li>\n<li>Hands\u2011on experience with BPM and process mining tools <\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical, problem\u2011solving, and decision\u2011making skills <\/li>\n<li>Excellent stakeholder management and influencing capabilities <\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and DevOps methodologies <\/li>\n<li>Strong communication and presentation skills <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications &#038;
