This role oversees the management and development of a roster of talents, including high-profile and celebrity figures, while driving innovative brand partnerships that strengthen the agency\u2019s market positioning and revenue growth. <\/p>\n<p>This position requires a forward-thinking leader who combines strategic planning with hands-on execution, ensuring that all talent and brand initiatives align with long-term business goals. The Director will manage a growing team, build and nurture key client relationships, and oversee negotiations and partnership activations across the MENA region and beyond. <\/p>\n<p>The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of influencer marketing, brand strategy, and the luxury and lifestyle landscape, with proven experience in driving large-scale partnerships and managing high-performing teams. <\/p>\n<h3>JOB DUTIES &#038; RESPONSIBILITIES <\/h3>\n<h3>Business Development &#038; Growth <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Own and drive the commercial growth of the Talent &#038; Partnerships division, with clear accountability for revenue targets and overall performance. <\/li>\n<li>Identify, develop, and secure high-value brand partnerships, collaborations, and new business opportunities across regional and international markets. <\/li>\n<li>Leverage an established network of brands, agencies, and decision-makers to generate leads and convert them into long-term partnerships. <\/li>\n<li>Lead the development of strategic proposals, RFP responses, and partnership frameworks, ensuring innovative and competitive positioning. <\/li>\n<li>Continuously identify new revenue streams, market opportunities, and expansion areas to scale the division sustainably. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Influencer \/ Talent Strategy &#038; Relationship Management <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Define and lead the long-term vision and positioning of the talent roster, ensuring alignment with market trends and business objectives. <\/li>\n<li>Oversee the management and development of high-profile and emerging talent, driving growth, visibility, and commercial success. <\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with talents, acting as a senior advisor on career strategy, partnerships, and brand positioning. <\/li>\n<li>Identify, attract, and sign top-tier and high-potential talent that strengthens the agency\u2019s portfolio and competitive edge. <\/li>\n<li>Oversee and lead all negotiations for brand deals, ensuring optimal value, alignment, and long-term partnership opportunities. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Brand Partnerships &#038; Strategic Collaborations <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Build and nurture strong relationships with key brands, partners, and stakeholders across luxury, fashion, and lifestyle industries. <\/li>\n<li>Act as a senior point of contact for strategic partnerships, ensuring high-level client servicing and long\u2011term collaboration success. <\/li>\n<li>Drive the ideation and execution of innovative campaigns and partnerships that elevate both talent and brand positioning. <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate cross\u2011functionally with PR, marketing, events, and creative teams to deliver integrated and impactful campaigns. <\/li>\n<li>Lead, structure, and scale a high\u2011performing Talent &#038; Partnerships team, ensuring clarity of roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations. <\/li>\n<li>Provide strong leadership, mentorship, and direction to senior and mid\u2011level team members, fostering a high\u2011performance culture. <\/li>\n<li>Establish processes, frameworks, and best practices to ensure operational excellence and scalability of the division. <\/li>\n<li>Oversee team performance, ensuring alignment with business goals, client expectations, and agency standards. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>KNOWLEDGE &#038; EXPERIENCE <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>10\u201312+ years of experience in talent management, influencer marketing, brand partnerships, or related fields, with significant leadership exposure. <\/li>\n<li>Strong background in luxury, fashion, and lifestyle industries. <\/li>\n<li>Proven track record in business development, revenue generation, and securing high-value partnerships. <\/li>\n<li>Established network across brands, influencers, agencies, and key industry stakeholders. <\/li>\n<li>Experience managing and scaling teams and business units. <\/li>\n<li>Fluency in English (Arabic or French is a plus). <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>SKILLS &#038;
