We want to redefine what technology can do in this region, and we\u2019re looking for an AI Accelerator- Lead Builder who can help us move even faster. <\/p>\n<p>noon\u2019s mission: Every door, every day. <\/p>\n<p><b>Not \u201cjust an engineer\u201d <\/b> <\/p>\n<p>This role sits at the intersection of applied research, product invention, and AI-powered software craftsmanship. <\/p>\n<p>We\u2019re building an AI Office inside noon &#8211; a highly leveraged group that lives above squads and product lines, spotting opportunities others miss and solving them with working software. <\/p>\n<p>You won\u2019t be assigned tickets. You\u2019ll define, build, and ship. <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u25cf Full visibility across noon\u2019s organization <\/li>\n<li>\u25cf Briefed directly by the CEO and leadership team <\/li>\n<li>\u25cf Not embedded in a traditional hierarchy <\/li>\n<li>\u25cf Direction &#038; accountability driven by impact, not process <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This is a Staff-level product builder + internal founder + applied AI researcher role \u2014 a rare blend of curiosity, speed, and execution. <\/p>\n<p><b>What you build (three pillars) <\/b> <\/p>\n<p>You build tools, workflows, and systems that meaningfully compress time, reduce friction, and increase velocity across teams. <\/p>\n<p>This is about leverage over load &#8211; software that amplifies thousands of human hours into hundreds. <\/p>\n<h3>What you will build <\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li><b>2. Rapid capability injection into missions <\/b>\u2014 You identify high-value features or enhancements teams can\u2019t prioritize &#8211; and you ship them within days. Not slow quarters. Not remote roadmaps. But fast, targeted additions that unlock disproportionate value. <\/li>\n<li><b>3. Prototypes for things that don\u2019t yet exist <\/b>\u2014 You will build working prototypes for future businesses, products, and ideas before they have names or teams. No slides. No long discovery cycles. Just shipping real software to uncover real signals. You act as a product accelerator, quarterbacking ideas end-to-end. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><b>How we work <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u25cf Bias toward rapid iteration <\/li>\n<li>\u25cf Nothing should take more than one week to production <\/li>\n<li>\u25cf Early momentum beats polish <\/li>\n<li>\u25cf Working software is the primary deliverable <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>At noon, speed, clarity, and momentum matter more than perfection in early stages. <\/p>\n<h3>Tech stack &#8211; where you\u2019ll operate <\/h3>\n<p>We build on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) with a Python-first philosophy. <\/p>\n<h3>Core technologies you\u2019ll use <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>\u25cf GCP services: Cloud Functions, BigQuery, Cloud Run, Pub\/Sub, Vertex AI <\/li>\n<li>\u25cf Modern frontend frameworks (React \/ Next.js) as needed <\/li>\n<li>\u25cf CI\/CD pipelines (Cloud Build \/ GitHub Actions) <\/li>\n<li>\u25cf AI stacks (OpenAI, Vertex AI models) integrated deeply <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Success here means mastering full-stack product outcomes with a Python + GCP core. <\/p>\n<h3>Who this role is for <\/h3>\n<p>You might call yourself a builder, a creator, a hacker, or even a researcher &#8211; but titles aren\u2019t what matter.
