Revenue Growth <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and execute short-term and long-term sales strategies aligned with company goals. <\/li>\n<li>Drive top-line and bottom-line growth across packaging products (flexible, rigid, corrugated, labels, films, etc.). <\/li>\n<li>Achieve annual sales targets, volume growth, and margin objectives. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Business Development <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify and acquire new clients across FMCG, Pharma, Food &#038; Beverage, E commerce, Industrial, and Retail sectors. <\/li>\n<li>Expand existing accounts through cross-selling and upselling. <\/li>\n<li>Explore new markets, geographies, and product segments. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Key Account Management <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Build strong relationships with key customers and strategic partners. <\/li>\n<li>Lead negotiations on pricing, contracts, and long-term supply agreements. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Team Leadership &#038;
