{"id":95473,"date":"2026-04-13T20:42:56","date_gmt":"2026-04-13T16:42:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/herecareers.com\/job\/business-director-2\/"},"modified":"2026-04-13T20:42:56","modified_gmt":"2026-04-13T16:42:56","slug":"business-director-2","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/herecareers.com\/ar\/job\/business-director-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Business Director"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>411_3442550<\/p>\n<p><p>We are looking for a highly entrepreneurial <b>Director \u2013 Real Estate <\/b> to build and scale a fully integrated real estate platform &#8211; a new venture for a successful business house <b>based in Dubai <\/b>. <\/p>\n<p>This is a <b>high-impact, P&#038;L-driven leadership role <\/b> with significant upside tied to performance and profit generation. <\/p>\n<p>You will lead the creation and growth of multiple real estate verticals, including: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Acquisitions &#038; value investing <\/li>\n<li>Property flipping <\/li>\n<li>Brokerage operations <\/li>\n<li>Property Management <\/li>\n<li>International expansion <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a <b>build-from-scratch environment <\/b> and has strong deal-making instincts. <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Source off-market, distressed, and value-add opportunities <\/li>\n<li>Build a <b>profitable flipping pipeline <\/b> <\/li>\n<li>Set up and scale a <b>brokerage platform <\/b> (deal flow + revenue engine) <\/li>\n<li>Establish a <b>property management business <\/b> for recurring income <\/li>\n<li>Build and lead high-performing teams across verticals <\/li>\n<li><b>Maximum 15 years <\/b> experience in the real estate investments \/ brokerage \/ development in the UAE (with the limited fixed salary budget, the role will not suit highly experienced professionals) <\/li>\n<li>Proven track record of <b>profitable deal execution <\/b> <\/li>\n<li>Strong industry network (brokers, developers, investors, banks) <\/li>\n<li>Expertise in investment analysis, negotiation &#038; structuring <\/li>\n<li>Entrepreneurial mindset with leadership capability <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We thank all applicants for their interest.
