{"id":95486,"date":"2026-04-13T20:43:34","date_gmt":"2026-04-13T16:43:34","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/herecareers.com\/job\/trading-business-controlling-executive\/"},"modified":"2026-04-13T20:43:35","modified_gmt":"2026-04-13T16:43:35","slug":"trading-business-controlling-executive","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/herecareers.com\/ar\/job\/trading-business-controlling-executive\/","title":{"rendered":"Trading Business Controlling Executive"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>411_3442590<\/p>\n<p><p>Our client is a multinational technology leader specializing in defence, aerospace, space, cybersecurity, and digital identity. <\/p>\n<h3>About the role <\/h3>\n<p>The Position Owner is responsible for managing invoicing activities within the &#8220;Trading&#8221; commercial function, covering transactions with airlines, OEMs, MRO organizations, and brokers. <\/p>\n<h3>Duties and Responsibilities <\/h3>\n<h3>Invoicing &#038; Documentation <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Review, verify, and book supplier invoices\/credit memos in Quantum. <\/li>\n<li>Raise discrepancies with Finance. <\/li>\n<li>Maintain electronic and physical records. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Customer Follow\u2011up <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitor overdue payments and coordinate with traders when needed. <\/li>\n<li>Send SOA and highlight risks to Management. <\/li>\n<li>Provide weekly overdue status by customer. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Operations Support <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain operations cost reports. <\/li>\n<li>Manage purchase requests. <\/li>\n<li>Communicate with suppliers regarding payments. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Daily &#038; Monthly Finance Tasks <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Book AR\/AP related to payments received or made. <\/li>\n<li>Process AR\/AP transfers for credit memos and advances. <\/li>\n<li>Extract PBI reports, prepare monthly JVs, and maintain SAP\/Quantum inbox. <\/li>\n<li>Prepare payment lists for CACIB\/Netting. <\/li>\n<li>Support year\u2011end audits and perform monthly cost analysis. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Coordination &#038; Documentation <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Liaise with traders, vendors, and customers. <\/li>\n<li>Maintain proper documentation and support ad\u2011hoc analysis. <\/li>\n<li>Contribute to team engagement. <\/li>\n<li>Provide activity and performance reports. <\/li>\n<li>Help meet Finance objectives and clarify needs. <\/li>\n<li>Contribute to process improvements. <\/li>\n<li>Execute tasks\/projects assigned by management. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>What are we looking for?
