Lead interior design from early\u2011stage feasibility and concept development through to project delivery, ensuring that all interior outcomes reflect Peninsula\u2019s design integrity while seamlessly integrating guest experience, brand expression, operational performance, and commercial objectives. The position works closely with internal stakeholders and leading international consultants, while also producing selected in\u2011house concepts and feasibility studies. <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Guide the interior design vision for a world\u2011class luxury hospitality portfolio <\/li>\n<li>Influence landmark developments, renovations, and CAPEX programmes globally <\/li>\n<li>Work for a prestigious, heritage hospitality and property group <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Key Accountabilities <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide overall leadership for interior design across hotel and property CAPEX projects, refurbishments, repositioning initiatives, and new\u2011build developments. <\/li>\n<li>Develop internal interior design concepts, feasibility studies, space planning solutions, and test\u2011fits to support early\u2011stage decision\u2011making. <\/li>\n<li>Translate brand positioning, guest experience aspirations, and operational requirements into clear, cohesive interior design strategies. <\/li>\n<li>Act as the owner\u2011side interior design lead, managing and coordinating external interior designers, FF&#038;E consultants, and specialist advisors. <\/li>\n<li>Lead the interior design process from concept development through to construction documentation, ensuring alignment with approved intent, design standards, budgets, and programme. <\/li>\n<li>Review and guide interior design documentation at all stages to ensure consistency with HSH brand standards, technical requirements, and commercial objectives. <\/li>\n<li>Prepare design schedules and ensure alignment with overall project programmes. <\/li>\n<li>Compile comprehensive design intent and design brief packages for tendering and execution, including annotated drawings, concept narratives, reference imagery, and sample boards. <\/li>\n<li>Develop and deliver visual presentations using a mix of hand sketches, 3D renderings, and digital tools to clearly communicate design intent to senior leadership, operators, and external partners. <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate closely with project management, development, operations, branding, and procurement teams to support informed decision\u2011making and smooth project delivery. <\/li>\n<li>Present design concepts and feasibility options to senior management and support value engineering exercises while safeguarding Peninsula\u2019s design integrity and guest experience quality. <\/li>\n<li>Support planning approvals, statutory submissions, and engagement with relevant regulatory authorities. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>General Requirements <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Degree qualified in Interior Design, or a related discipline. <\/li>\n<li>Significant experience in senior interior design roles within luxury hospitality, mixed\u2011use developments. <\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to lead complex projects from concept through to delivery in an owner\u2011side or design leadership capacity. <\/li>\n<li>Strong verbal (English) and visual communication skills, with the ability to articulate design intent clearly to executive and operational stakeholders. <\/li>\n<li>Commercially astute, with experience balancing design excellence, programme, and budget considerations. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We are delighted to receive your resume for further consideration, with this role being based in Hong Kong.
