You will supervise a multidisciplinary design and planning team, ensuring constructability, coordination, and compliance throughout the design and construction phases. This is a senior leadership role requiring deep technical expertise, strong management skills, and the ability to drive efficiency without compromising quality or safety. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629: <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead the review of Issued for Construction (IFC) documentation across all disciplines. <\/li>\n<li>Identify and resolve interface conflicts between systems during design and pre-construction. <\/li>\n<li>Assess design assumptions against construction constraints (e.g., logistics, crane reach, sequencing) and recommend buildability improvements. <\/li>\n<li>Oversee contractor submissions (shop drawings, method statements, materials) to ensure compliance with specs and design intent. <\/li>\n<li>Drive value engineering exercises to optimize specifications and reduce rework risks. <\/li>\n<li>Interface with client consultants and internal teams to clarify design intent and resolve technical issues. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>2. Construction Methods &#038; Site Logistics <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Define and validate construction approaches for structural works (conventional, jump form, table form), fa\u00e7ade installation, and MEP systems. <\/li>\n<li>Evaluate site logistics plans, including crane placement, hoist routes, material flow, and staging areas. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure contractor method statements are technically sound and aligned with safety, phasing, and site constraints. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>3.
