The role ensures high\u2011quality teaching, learning, and assessment in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum (EYFS) and UAE regulatory expectations, fostering a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where all children thrive. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629 <\/h3>\n<h3>Leadership and Management <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead and manage the Foundation Stage team, promoting a culture of high expectations, collaboration, and continuous improvement. <\/li>\n<li>Develop and implement the EYFS curriculum and strategic plan aligned with whole\u2011school priorities. <\/li>\n<li>Line manage FS teachers and support staff, including performance management, coaching, and professional development. <\/li>\n<li>Contribute to whole\u2011school leadership as a member of the GCS Primary Leadership Team. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with UAE regulatory requirements (SPEA\/MOE) and safeguarding standards. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Teaching and Learning <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure high\u2011quality, play\u2011based and inquiry\u2011led teaching across FS1 and FS2 in line with EYFS principles. <\/li>\n<li>Monitor planning, teaching, and assessment to ensure consistency, progression, and challenge for all learners. <\/li>\n<li>Champion best practice in early years pedagogy, including continuous provision, child\u2011initiated learning, and effective adult interactions. <\/li>\n<li>Support staff in meeting the needs of all learners, including EAL, G and T and students of determination. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Curriculum and Assessment <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee the planning, implementation, and review of a broad, balanced, and engaging EYFS curriculum. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure robust baseline, formative, and summative assessment systems, including accurate tracking and moderation. <\/li>\n<li>Analyse data to inform teaching, intervention, and strategic planning. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure smooth transition processes into and out of the Foundation Stage. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Safeguarding and Wellbeing <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Promote and maintain the highest standards of safeguarding and child protection. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment that supports children\u2019s wellbeing and development. <\/li>\n<li>Work closely with the GCS Designated Safeguarding Lead and inclusion team to support vulnerable students. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Parental Engagement <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop strong partnerships with GCS families, ensuring clear communication about children\u2019s progress and wellbeing. <\/li>\n<li>Lead parent workshops, meetings, and transition events. <\/li>\n<li>Address parental queries and concerns in a professional and timely manner. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Operational Management <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversee day\u2011to\u2011day organisation of the Foundation Stage, including timetabling, staffing, and resource allocation. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure learning environments (indoor and outdoor) are stimulating, well\u2011resourced, and aligned with EYFS best practice. <\/li>\n<li>Manage budgets and resources effectively. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Person Specification <\/h3>\n<h3>Qualifications and Experience <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Education or related field;
