Outreach"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>411_3448178<\/p>\n<p><p>Works under the Chief Medical Officer and together with the Chief of Pathology \/ Laboratory to develop and maintain a high-quality service, and cost-effective that is responsive to the needs of the medical staff and executes a plan for appropriate growth. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0633\u0624\u0648\u0644\u064a\u0627\u062a <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Oversees development of Quality Management (QM) plan with Lab Leadership and identifies improvement opportunities. <\/li>\n<li>Develops a lab-specific dashboard to incorporate elements of American Hospital Dubai&#8217;s goals of service, quality, growth, cost, and people. <\/li>\n<li>Oversees Laboratory Quality Improvement (QI) activities and liaises with the Performance Improvement (PI) Department. <\/li>\n<li>Oversight of the development of policies and procedures that pertain to patient safety and transfusion service functions <\/li>\n<li>Participates in hospital-wide Quality Improvement (QI) initiatives\/committees. <\/li>\n<li>Promotes a safe working environment in the Laboratory. <\/li>\n<li>Promotes ethical practices and maintains patient confidentiality. <\/li>\n<li>Oversees Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) requirements for the Laboratory. <\/li>\n<li>Evaluates the Laboratory layout and space requirements for maximum efficiency, safety, and standards such as Joint Commission International Accreditation (JCIA), College of American Pathologists (CAP) and the like. <\/li>\n<li>Supports Laboratory staff at all levels to maintain morale, a proper working environment, and interaction and delegation of management responsibility to supervisory staff. <\/li>\n<li>Oversees the development of policies and procedures consistent with organizational and accreditation guidelines. <\/li>\n<li>Formulates a strategic plan for laboratory outreach and marketing of services. <\/li>\n<li>Manages and directs the Laboratory cost for testing and appropriate staffing, with benchmarking. <\/li>\n<li>Implements and maintains standards for accreditation. <\/li>\n<li>Provides input for planning and staffing for Laboratory services in American Hospital Dubai&#8217;s Clinics. <\/li>\n<li>Provides educational and developmental opportunities for staff. <\/li>\n<li>Performs all duties and tasks as per the hospital Code of Conduct and in line with the hospital&#8217;s Vision and Mission. <\/li>\n<li>Remains professional at all times and is not involved in any out-of-committee\/department discussion regarding policies, data and information obtained within the department and as part of assigned duties. <\/li>\n<li>Accepts additional duties, within the scope of practice in periods of higher workload, and needs and as assigned by immediate superior. <\/li>\n<li>Maintains regular working hours as per the employee contract. <\/li>\n<li>Upholds the hospital values as per the C\u2011Care Program. <\/li>\n<li>Promotes and participates in departmental teamwork. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>North American Board Certification or equivalent Western Board Certification in Clinical Pathology <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u062e\u0628\u0631\u0629 \u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0646\u064a\u0629: <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 5 years&#8217;
