The role ensures the delivery of high-quality educational initiatives that support the organization\u2019s mission, enhance visitor engagement, and contribute to lifelong learning. <\/p>\n<h3>Roles and Responsibilities <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and implement the overall education strategy, aligned with the organization\u2019s vision, curatorial direction, and audience engagement goals. <\/li>\n<li>Lead the design and delivery of a wide range of educational programmes, including workshops, lectures, school programmes, family activities, and community outreach initiatives. <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate closely with Curatorial teams to translate exhibitions and collections into meaningful educational content and interpretive materials. <\/li>\n<li>Establish and maintain partnerships with schools, universities, and cultural institutions to expand educational reach and impact. <\/li>\n<li>Oversee the development of learning resources, including guides, digital content, and interactive tools tailored to diverse audiences. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure accessibility and inclusivity across all programmes, catering to different age groups, abilities, and cultural backgrounds. <\/li>\n<li>Lead public engagement initiatives that encourage dialogue, critical thinking, and participation in cultural discourse. <\/li>\n<li>Manage and mentor the education team, fostering innovation, collaboration, and professional development. <\/li>\n<li>Oversee programme planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure efficient and high-quality delivery. <\/li>\n<li>Monitor and evaluate programme effectiveness through data analysis, visitor feedback, and reporting, driving continuous improvement. <\/li>\n<li>Manage the education budget and ensure optimal use of resources in line with strategic priorities. <\/li>\n<li>Represent the organization in educational forums, conferences, and community platforms, enhancing its reputation as a learning\u2011focused institution. <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with Marketing and Communications teams to promote programmes and increase audience participation. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with organizational policies, safeguarding standards, and best practices in education and public engagement. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u062a\u0637\u0644\u0628\u0627\u062a <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s degree in Art Education, Museum Studies, Art History, Education, or a related field. <\/li>\n<li>8\u201312 years of experience in cultural or educational programming, with at least 3\u20135 years in a leadership role. <\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of contemporary educational practices and audience engagement strategies. <\/li>\n<li>Experience in developing programmes for diverse audiences, including schools, families, and adult learners. <\/li>\n<li>Proven leadership and team management skills. <\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement abilities. <\/li>\n<li>Experience working in multicultural environments;
