{"id":95735,"date":"2026-04-13T20:55:03","date_gmt":"2026-04-13T16:55:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/herecareers.com\/job\/manager-sd-analytics\/"},"modified":"2026-04-13T20:55:04","modified_gmt":"2026-04-13T16:55:04","slug":"manager-sd-analytics","status":"publish","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/herecareers.com\/ar\/job\/manager-sd-analytics\/","title":{"rendered":"Manager S&#038;D Analytics"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>411_3448399<\/p>\n<p><p><b>Reports To:  <\/b>Senior Manager Regional Container Flow Planning &#038; Steering <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0633\u0624\u0648\u0644\u064a\u0627\u062a <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Own regional S&#038;D cost saving measures and drive target fulfillment with respective global, regional, and local stakeholders. <\/li>\n<li>Support planning of regional S&#038;D budget in close cooperation with global and regional stakeholders (Controlling, Container Steering, Regional Operations, \u2026). <\/li>\n<li>Analyze S&#038;D cost drivers and deviations vs. BU\/FC targets and drive monthly S&#038;D result discussions with global and regional teams and determine direct actionable initiatives. <\/li>\n<li>Challenge Container Flow Planning &#038; Steering and Flow Execution teams on supply and evacuation plan and resulting cost impact. <\/li>\n<li>Support global and regional initiatives to increase cost awareness and improve cost based decision making. <\/li>\n<li>Prepare KPI reporting on cost per MT TEU move and cost per MT sitting box and update monthly S&#038;D measure tracking. <\/li>\n<li>Cover ad-hoc requests from global and Regional Container Flow Planning &#038; Steering, Flow Execution, and S&#038;D Analysts to support cost-optimal decision making. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>University degree in the field of business administration, operations-\/logistics-\/or transportation management, (industrial) engineering, finance, or information technology. <\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical mindset with the ability to analyze large datasets, identify trends, and highlight anomalies and exceptions. <\/li>\n<li>Proven experience in financial controlling and network optimization. <\/li>\n<li>Proactive, solution-oriented approach with a strong drive to implement changes that achieve cost-efficiency targets. <\/li>\n<li>Ability to translate financial data into operational insights by identifying cost drivers and clearly presenting complex information to a broad range of stakeholders. <\/li>\n<li>Experience in designing and maintaining cost reports, calculations, and dashboards for both EQ and non-EQ users across the organization. <\/li>\n<li>Extensive knowledge of, or strong willingness to learn, end-to-end cost controlling processes\u2014 from operational activities to high-level cost reporting\u2014and the supporting systems across organizational layers. <\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills, enabling effective alignment with diverse stakeholders across multiple departments and organizational levels. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>\u0645\u0639\u0644\u0648\u0645\u0627\u062a \u0639\u0646\u0627 <\/h3>\n<p>With a fleet of 313 modern container ships and a total transport capacity of 2.5 million TEU, Hapag-Lloyd is one of the world\u2019s leading liner shipping companies.
