Join us and be part of something extraordinary. <\/p>\n<p>We\u2019re seeking a future team member for the role of Fund\/Client Accounting Director to join our Private Equity, Fund Accounting team. This role is located in Abu Dhabi, UAE. <\/p>\n<h3>In this role, you\u2019ll make an impact in the following ways: <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Set guidelines for determining the net asset value (NAV) for funds in various sectors for each measurement cycle, promoting consistency across product areas. <\/li>\n<li>Oversee relationship management for a broad set of clients, ensuring customer service levels meet client needs and resolving any client issues. <\/li>\n<li>Participate in sales efforts including RFP and RFI preparation and related presentations. <\/li>\n<li>Provide oversight and guidance in setting processes that check for the completeness and accuracy of disclosure in financial statements. <\/li>\n<li>Resolve complex escalated issues from team members. <\/li>\n<li>Lead analysis of GAAP and\/or IFRS rules to determine the impact of new regulations on fund accounting practices. Develop policies to ensure compliance with new regulations. <\/li>\n<li>Set guidelines, policies, and priorities for drafting financial reports for a broad set of clients to review fund performance. Communicate reports and highly complex accounting intricacies to clients. <\/li>\n<li>Recruit, direct, motivate, and develop staff, maximizing their individual contributions, professional growth, and ability to function effectively as a team. <\/li>\n<li>Oversee relationships with senior\u2011level auditors and clients to ensure financial reporting meets expectations and accurately depicts fund performance. <\/li>\n<li>Manage multiple Fund\/Client Accounting teams that serve a broad array of clients.
