The successful candidates will be closely aligned with our core values and ethos and possess a genuine understanding and appreciation of the values of the region. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0633\u0624\u0648\u0644\u064a\u0627\u062a <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and implement policies and practices for the department which reflect the School\u2019s vision, aims, commitment to high standards of achievement, and effective teaching and learning. <\/li>\n<li>Establish, monitor and evaluate short, medium and long term plans for development of the department. <\/li>\n<li>Use data effectively to identify students who are underachieving in the department and create and implement plans of action to support those students. <\/li>\n<li>Analyse and interpret relevant school data to inform policies and department\/school SEF writing. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure that appropriate and relevant schemes of work are developed, in place, and regularly reviewed and evaluated for all year groups and courses, including suitable provision for SEN\/POD, G&#038;T, and EAL students. <\/li>\n<li>Set expectations for staff in relation to standards of achievement and the quality of teaching and learning and behaviour. <\/li>\n<li>Evaluate the quality of teaching and learning in the department and use this to identify effective practice and areas for improvement; take action to further improve the quality of teaching and learning. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure the department is regularly contributing towards the school\u2019s CAS Programme and after\u2011school Booster\/Revision Sessions for I\/GCSE and IB DP courses. <\/li>\n<li>Performance manage the team in accordance with the school performance management policy. <\/li>\n<li>Hold regular department meetings with minutes and agendas; agendas should focus on improving standards relating to student achievement and teaching and learning. <\/li>\n<li>Deploy staff and resources efficiently and effectively. <\/li>\n<li>Maintain efficient and effective control of the Department\u2019s Resource and CapEx budgets. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure a safe working and learning environment in which risks are properly assessed and Health and Safety policy and regulations are observed at all times. <\/li>\n<li>Contribute to the school\u2019s CAS Programme by leading or supporting one after\u2011school activity each term, including leadership of Model United Nations (MUN). <\/li>\n<li>Act as an Academic Mentor and Extended Essay Supervisor to Year 12\/13 students. <\/li>\n<li>Cover for absent colleagues. <\/li>\n<li>Invigilate examinations, as required, including a minimum of one evening and one weekend external examination session to support the Examinations Officer and Summer Examination Schedule. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications <\/h3>\n<h3>Minimum Qualifications <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s Degree in the related subject with PGCE or other teacher qualification. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Minimum Experience <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of 6 years of teaching experience. <\/li>\n<li>Experience of the UK curriculum. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Job Specific Knowledge &#038; Skills <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>A commitment to an extensive enrichment programme. <\/li>\n<li>Passionate and caring educator. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Aldar Education is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff to share this commitment.
