Job Title: Regulatory Compliance Manager (12-Month Contract) <\/strong> <\/p>\n Role Summary: <\/strong> <\/p>\n An established UAE-based bank is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Manager for a 12-month contract. This role will partner closely with the Head of Regulatory Compliance to ensure the bank remains aligned with all applicable regulatory requirements outside of Financial Crime, while driving oversight, advisory, and regulatory engagement activities. <\/p>\n Core Responsibilities: <\/strong> <\/p>\n \u2022 Deliver regulatory assurance reviews across the organization, focusing on key UAE Central Bank requirements and broader regulatory obligations <\/p>\n \u2022 Monitor and assess incoming regulatory updates, determine their impact, and coordinate implementation with relevant business units <\/p>\n \u2022 Support regulatory inspections and act as a liaison with regulators and supervisory authorities <\/p>\n \u2022 Oversee and maintain internal compliance records, including regulatory inventories, breach logs, and tracking mechanisms <\/p>\n \u2022 Produce high-quality reports and updates for senior management and governance committees <\/p>\n \u2022 Provide ongoing regulatory guidance to internal stakeholders and support FATCA\/CRS-related processes <\/p>\n \u2022 Design and deliver compliance-related training sessions and awareness initiatives when required <\/p>\n \u2022 Ensure all regulatory filings and submissions are completed accurately and within required timelines <\/p>\n \u2022 Take on additional responsibilities aligned with the scope and seniority of the role <\/p>\n Candidate Requirements: <\/strong> <\/p>\n \u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree in a relevant discipline;
