The role involves diagnosing and managing pediatric cancers and hematologic disorders, with a focus on BMT procedures, while contributing to clinical excellence, research, and education.<br \/><strong>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0647\u0627\u0645 \u0627\u0644\u0623\u0633\u0627\u0633\u064a\u0629<br \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Diagnose and treat pediatric oncology and hematology conditions, including leukemia, lymphoma, and solid tumors <\/li>\n<li>Perform and oversee autologous and allogeneic bone marrow transplants <\/li>\n<li>Lead multidisciplinary case reviews and develop individualized treatment plans <\/li>\n<li>Supervise junior physicians and fellows in pediatric oncology and BMT protocols <\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with international standards of care and hospital policies <\/li>\n<li>Participate in clinical trials, research initiatives, and CME activities <\/li>\n<li>Provide education and counseling to patients and families regarding treatment options and post-transplant care <\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records and treatment plans <\/li>\n<li>Participate in on-call rotations and emergency coverage as required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualifications &#038;
