  • Capital Structuring & Debt Management: <\/b> Manage the debt-equity mix for major developments. Engage with lenders, structure non-recourse project finance, and oversee the financial close of multi-hundred-million-dollar deals. <\/li>\n
  • Operational Financial Leadership: <\/b> Act as the “Project CFO” for designated project entities. Oversee the full financial lifecycle from the development\/construction phase through to long-term operational and revenue-generating stability. <\/li>\n

    • Project Execution: <\/b> Direct experience in taking large-scale energy or infrastructure projects from Financial Close through to the operational phase. <\/li>\n
    • Commercial Mindset: <\/b> Ability to balance complex financial structuring with the operational realities of working in challenging, emerging-market environments. <\/li>\n
