Coach and counsel junior team members and help them to develop through effectively supervising, and mentoring <\/li>\n<li>Contribute to practice and risk management, including thought leadership and business development activities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Education Requirements<br \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Accounting and\/or Finance <\/li>\n<li>Professional accounting and\/or finance qualification (e.g., CPA, CA, ACCA, CFA)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Work Experience Requirements<br \/><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A minimum of 5 years of financial accounting experience in a relevant organization (preferably in big four accounting firms &#8211;
