Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theater, nightclub, and five\u2011star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf. <\/p>\n<p>About the Position <\/p>\n<p>Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking an Executive Host \/ Hostess &#8211; International Marketing to join the resort\u2019s International Marketing team. <\/p>\n<p>The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are: <\/p>\n<p> <b>Player Development &#038; Revenue Growth <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage and grow a dedicated portfolio of high\u2011value domestic gaming players <\/li>\n<li>Analyze guest gaming activity, theoretical performance, trip frequency, and worth to identify growth opportunities <\/li>\n<li>Proactively solicit and book incremental trips to increase visitation and gaming revenue <\/li>\n<li>Achieve and exceed assigned revenue and player development targets <\/li>\n<li>Identify and re\u2011activate lapsed players through strategic outreach initiatives <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> <b>Guest Relationship Management <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned players, ensuring seamless and highly personalized experiences <\/li>\n<li>Build strong, long\u2011term relationships through consistent communication (phone, messaging, in\u2011person engagement) <\/li>\n<li>Conduct property tours and host on\u2011property visits to enhance guest engagement <\/li>\n<li>Maintain discretion and professionalism in handling VIP guest information and preferences <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> <b>Event &#038; Experience Execution <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Invite, manage, and host premium guests during gaming events, tournaments, and exclusive marketing activations <\/li>\n<li>Coordinate guest participation in promotional campaigns and VIP experiences <\/li>\n<li>Ensure seamless execution of guest stays, including reservations, transportation, and personalized amenities <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> <b>Operational &#038; Administrative Responsibilities <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain accurate and detailed player profiles in CRM systems, including preferences, service history, and performance data <\/li>\n<li>Issue and manage discretionary comps in accordance with internal guidelines and approval thresholds <\/li>\n<li>Prepare regular reports on player performance, trip recaps, and revenue tracking <\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with Wynn Resorts\u2019 internal controls, responsible gaming practices, and UAE regulatory requirements <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> <b>Cross\u2011Functional Collaboration <\/b> <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work closely with Gaming Operations, VIP Services, Hotel Operations, F&#038;B, and Events teams to deliver exceptional guest journeys <\/li>\n<li>Partner with Marketing to execute targeted domestic campaigns and player reinvestment strategies <\/li>\n<li>Support property\u2011wide initiatives aimed at elevating the premium guest experience <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> <b>About You <\/b> <\/p>\n<p>The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred) <\/li>\n<li>3\u20135 years of experience in gaming hosting, player development, luxury hospitality, or high\u2011end VIP relationship management <\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of gaming operations, gaming metrics (ADT, theo, reinvestment), and comp management <\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to meet revenue targets and manage a high\u2011value guest portfolio <\/li>\n<li>Exceptional interpersonal and relationship\u2011building skills <\/li>\n<li>High level of discretion, professionalism, and cultural awareness within the UAE market <\/li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM systems and gaming management systems strongly preferred <\/li>\n<li>Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We offer an attractive salary, paid in Dirhams (AED), the local currency of the UAE.
