This role operates at the intersection of Tether&#8217;s strategic investment agenda and the venture ecosystem, leading strategic expansion investment transactions from origination through close. The Investment Manager anchors the due diligence process, prepares and presents to the VP of Global Expansion and the Investment Committee (IC), and drives post\u2011investment monitoring and value creation across the portfolio. <\/p>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0633\u0624\u0648\u0644\u064a\u0627\u062a <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Deal Execution and Transaction Management: Lead the full lifecycle of investment transactions from term sheet through close, coordinating legal, financial, and strategic workstreams with internal teams and external advisors. Structure and negotiate deal terms ensuring alignment with RISE fund&#8217;s risk appetite and return thresholds. <\/li>\n<li>Due Diligence: Design and drive the end\u2011to\u2011end due diligence process across commercial, financial, legal, and regulatory dimensions. Synthesize diligence findings into investment\u2011grade analysis, stress\u2011testing key assumptions, identifying material risks, and articulating mitigation strategies. <\/li>\n<li>Investment Committee Preparation and Governance: Author and own Investment Committee memoranda, present investment recommendations directly to senior leadership, and maintain rigorous documentation standards across all Venture IC materials. <\/li>\n<li>Portfolio Management and Value Creation: Serve as the primary relationship owner for assigned portfolio companies post\u2011close, support Reporting Team with monitoring of financial and operational KPIs, and lead or contribute to follow\u2011on investment assessments. <\/li>\n<li>RISE Fund Platform Development: Drive the build\u2011out and continuous improvement of Tether RISE fund\u2019s Investment operating infrastructure, coordinate with the Expansion Team to improve Tether RISE fund\u2019s strategy, and represent Tether RISE fund\u2019s function in internal forums. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u062a\u0637\u0644\u0628\u0627\u062a <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Education: Bachelor\u2019s degree (minimum) in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline. A Master\u2019s degree (MBA, MSc Finance, or equivalent) is strongly preferred. <\/li>\n<li>Experience: 5\u201310 years of directly relevant experience across venture capital, private equity, investment banking, or corporate development. <\/li>\n<li>Experience in end\u2011to\u2011end investment transactions (from sourcing to closing). <\/li>\n<li>Technical and Analytical Skills: Advanced financial modelling; strong command of Excel and PowerPoint; working knowledge of cap table management tools (e.g. Carta), CRM\/deal flow platforms (e.g. Affinity, Salesforce), and data room management. <\/li>\n<li>Communication Skills: Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to senior management and investment committees. <\/li>\n<li>Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of venture and growth\u2011stage investment dynamics. Knowledge of the financial services sector including regulatory frameworks, fintech ecosystems, and institutional investment constraints. <\/li>\n<li>Language: Full professional proficiency in English (written and verbal) is required.
