Execute the engineering strategy set by leadership by translating standards and architectural decisions into production\u2011grade toolchains that embed best practices, security controls, and quality gates by default \u2013 enabling engineers to focus on business logic rather than scaffolding. Coordinate day\u2011to\u2011day delivery and continuously improve the frameworks based on developer feedback and evolving technology needs. <\/p>\n<h3>Key Roles &#038; Responsibilities <\/h3>\n<h3>Framework and Platform Engineering Responsibilities: <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Build and maintain production\u2011grade starter kits and project templates for web (React), mobile (React Native, Flutter, etc.), back\u2011end (Node.js, Spring Boot, .NET, etc.), and API development \u2013 ensuring they ship with pre\u2011configured authentication, logging, error handling, API contracts, and database access layers. <\/li>\n<li>Implement coding standards, naming conventions, and architectural patterns defined by leadership directly into the frameworks. <\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain CI\/CD pipeline templates and reusable workflow modules; ensure every project built on the framework gets automated build, test, security scan, and deployment stages out of the box. <\/li>\n<li>Author and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) modules and environment blueprints (Terraform, Ansible); package them as self\u2011service templates for consistent provisioning. <\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain Kubernetes deployment templates \u2013 Helm charts, namespace configurations, resource quotas, auto\u2011scaling policies, and observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana). <\/li>\n<li>Integrate AI\u2011assisted engineering workflows using Claude and other AI tools into developer toolchains for code review, documentation generation, test scaffolding, and troubleshooting. <\/li>\n<li>Write comprehensive tests for framework components and implement automated quality gates that validate standards before production deployment. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Coordination and Delivery Responsibilities: <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate day\u2011to\u2011day delivery priorities in alignment with the engineering strategy. <\/li>\n<li>Organize internal demos, knowledge\u2011sharing sessions, and feedback loops with consuming engineering squads. <\/li>\n<li>Mentor and coach engineers on framework usage, engineering standards, and best practices. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Operational Responsibilities: <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide hands\u2011on support to engineering teams adopting the frameworks; onboard new projects, troubleshoot integration issues, and gather feedback for continuous improvement. <\/li>\n<li>Track framework adoption metrics (projects onboarded, time\u2011to\u2011first\u2011deploy, defect rates) and report findings with improvement recommendations. <\/li>\n<li>Ensure framework components and shared libraries meet the Bank\u2019s security, compliance, and regulatory requirements, coordinate with Information Security and Risk Management. <\/li>\n<li>Maintain comprehensive framework documentation \u2013 getting\u2011started guides, API references, migration guides, and contribution guidelines. <\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with product engineers, AI engineers, and the security team to embed DevSecOps practices directly into framework templates and pipeline modules. <\/li>\n<li>Stay current with cloud\u2011native, platform engineering, and developer experience advancements, prototype new approaches and present findings. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications &#038; Experience <\/h3>\n<h3>\u0627\u0644\u0645\u0624\u0647\u0644\u0627\u062a \u0627\u0644\u0645\u0637\u0644\u0648\u0628\u0629: <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum: Bachelor\u2019s degree in a relevant field. Hands\u2011on experience building CI\/CD pipelines and implementing Infrastructure as Code, with proven ability to design and manage multi\u2011cloud environments (AWS, Azure, OCI \u2013 all three must).
