We turn complex financial challenges into simple, intuitive solutions \u2014 collaborating across design, engineering, and data to build products our customers love. <\/b> <\/p>\n<p>We\u2019re looking for a <b>UX-focused Head of Product <\/b> to drive the strategy and direction for our Wealth &#038; Trading products. Let\u2019s get in touch. <\/p>\n<h3>What You\u2019ll Be Doing <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Leading the Wealth &#038; Trading product, defining the strategy, roadmap, and user experience across trading platforms, investment products, and wealth management features <\/li>\n<li>Shaping product vision and strategy, balancing business objectives, customer needs, and UX excellence <\/li>\n<li>Collaborating closely with Design and Engineering teams to deliver elegant, intuitive, and scalable solutions <\/li>\n<li>Developing and mentoring product team members to achieve strategic goals <\/li>\n<li>Owning end-to-end product roadmaps and prioritisation in a fast-paced, data-driven environment <\/li>\n<li>Leveraging AI and automation to enhance trading decisions, portfolio management, and user interactions <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>What You\u2019ll Need <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>7+ years of product management experience, preferably in fintech, trading, or wealth management <\/li>\n<li>3+ years of experience managing multiple product squads or teams in large, complex product-led organisations <\/li>\n<li>Expertise in UX-driven product development, particularly for customer-facing platforms with high complexity <\/li>\n<li>A proven ability to define and drive product strategy, influence stakeholders, and communicate vision across leadership and teams <\/li>\n<li>High analytical skills and business sense to guide prioritisation based on ROI, impact, and customer value <\/li>\n<li>A bias toward action, and to be comfortable rolling up your sleeves to drive initiatives from conception to launch <\/li>\n<li>Experience delivering sophisticated products under ambiguous conditions in a fast-moving environment <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Nice to have <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in trading, investment platforms, or equity research, with a track record of translating complex financial concepts into intuitive products <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Important notice for candidates <\/h3>\n<p>Job scams are on the rise.
