Analysis <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitor <b>budget execution <\/b> and perform regular <b>variance analysis (actual vs. budget\/forecast) <\/b>. <\/li>\n<li>Prepare <b>business performance reports <\/b> and provide actionable insights and recommendations to management. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Business Partnering <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Collaborate closely with <b>business units and operational teams <\/b> to understand business drivers and financial impacts. <\/li>\n<li>Provide <b>financial and commercial analysis support <\/b> to enhance decision\u2011making and drive business performance.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Cost &#038; Profitability Analysis <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Analyze <b>revenue, cost structures, expenses, and project profitability <\/b>. <\/li>\n<li>Support initiatives focused on <b>cost optimization, efficiency improvement, and margin enhancement <\/b>. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Process Improvement &#038; Tools <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and continuously improve <b>budgeting processes, financial models, and reporting tools <\/b>. <\/li>\n<li>Enhance <b>data accuracy, automation, and reporting efficiency <\/b> through system and process improvements. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Reporting &#038; Ad-hoc Analysis <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Support preparation of <b>financial statements, management reports, and dashboards <\/b>. <\/li>\n<li>Conduct <b>ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects <\/b> as required by management. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Qualifications &#038; Requirements: <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in <b>Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field <\/b> (Master\u2019s is an advantage). <\/li>\n<li><b>1\u20132 years of experience <\/b> in FP&#038;A, budgeting, or business\/financial analysis. <\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of <b>budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes <\/b>. <\/li>\n<li>Advanced proficiency in <b>Microsoft Excel <\/b>;
