Performing limited MRI &#038; CT examinations with supervision. Assisting in angiography and other diagnostic or interventional procedures as required. <\/p>\n<h3>Main Responsibilities <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Performs safe and competent radiology examination utilizing established NSH standards of practice and care. <\/li>\n<li>Adheres to all radiation and MRI safety guidelines. <\/li>\n<li>Follows established safety protocols with regard to contrast administration. <\/li>\n<li>Documents and archives examination data as required. <\/li>\n<li>Participates in quality assurance activities of equipment and film processing equipment on a regular basis. <\/li>\n<li>Reports and documents any equipment malfunction to the chief radiographer and appropriate service provider. <\/li>\n<li>Ensures efficient and economic use of all diagnostic equipment and consumables. Maintains stock levels of consumables. <\/li>\n<li>Performs all other duties as required or assigned by the Chief Radiographer. <\/li>\n<li>Follows all established policies and procedures at MCH. <\/li>\n<li>Liaises with the registration and patient billing department. <\/li>\n<li>Understands and demonstrates accountability for one\u2019s actions. <\/li>\n<li>Demonstrates good communication skills.
