What Will Your Day Look Like? <\/h3>\n

The Finance Business Partner \u2013 Digital Technology & Value Chain activities with a specialized focus on partnering closely with the Digital & Technology (D&T) organization on operating expenditure (Opex), capital expenditure (Capex), and project portfolios. The role acts as the primary finance partner to the D&T leadership team and ensures strong financial planning, governance, analytics, and investment tracking across all D&T initiatives. <\/p>\n

In addition, the role supports Group-level Capex consolidation and provides end\u2011to\u2011end financial insights across the Value Chain including Procurement, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain. This is a Group-level analytical role requiring close coordination across multiple markets and business functions. <\/p>\n

How Will You Make an Impact? <\/h3>\n

1. Group FP&A Support <\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Consolidate financial submissions across markets and business units for FP&A cycles. <\/li>\n
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and alignment with Group reporting standards. <\/li>\n
  • Support monthly forecasting, budgeting, and long\u2011term financial planning. <\/li>\n
  • Maintain reporting templates, definitions, and governance frameworks. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    2. Business Partnering with Digital & Technology (Major Focus Area) <\/h3>\n

    Budgeting & Forecasting <\/h3>\n
      \n
    • Lead the Opex and Capex budgeting process for D&T including infrastructure, software, cybersecurity, digital products, licenses, AMS\/support, and innovation projects. <\/li>\n
    • Challenge assumptions, validate submissions, and ensure alignment with Group strategic priorities. <\/li>\n
    • Track actuals versus forecasts, analyze variances, and proactively highlight risks and opportunities. <\/li>\n
    • Partner with D&T project leads to evaluate business cases including ROI, NPV, IRR, and strategic alignment. <\/li>\n
    • Monitor project spend, timelines, and expected benefit realization. <\/li>\n
    • Ensure financial governance and transparency across the full digital project portfolio. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Operational Support & Cost Management <\/h3>\n
        \n
      • Work closely with D&T leadership on cost optimization initiatives, financial discipline, and budget reallocation where necessary. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        3. Group-Level Capex Activities <\/h3>\n
          \n
        • Consolidate Group Capex plans (Budget, Forecast, and Latest Estimate) across markets and functions. <\/li>\n
        • Review Capex requests for financial accuracy, policy compliance, and strategic alignment. <\/li>\n
        • Track Capex execution and provide insights on spending trends, risks, and project performance. <\/li>\n
        • Develop and maintain Capex dashboards and reporting for senior leadership. <\/li>\n
        • Support preparation of month\u2011end financial decks for Group Leadership covering FP&A, D&T, Capex, and Value Chain performance. <\/li>\n
        • Provide clear financial insights, highlight key trends, and deliver high\u2011quality commentary. <\/li>\n
        • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of reporting materials. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Qualifications, Experience & Skills <\/h3>\n

          • Bachelor\u2019s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. <\/li>\n
          • Professional qualification preferred: CA, ACCA, CMA, or CPA. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            \u0627\u0644\u062e\u0628\u0631\u0629 <\/h3>\n
              \n
            • 4\u20137 years of experience in FP&A or Finance Business Partnering roles. <\/li>\n
            • Experience partnering with IT, Digital, or D&T functions is highly preferred. <\/li>\n
            • Exposure to Group-level or multi-market financial consolidation. <\/li>\n
            • Understanding of Value Chain finance across procurement, manufacturing, and supply chain. <\/li>\n
            • Experience in FMCG or manufacturing environment is mandatory. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              Technical Skills <\/h3>\n
                \n
              • Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities. <\/li>\n
              • Advanced Excel skills with experience using ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle. <\/li>\n
              • Good understanding of Capex governance and IT cost structures. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, particularly with technical teams. <\/li>\n
                • Ability to challenge assumptions constructively while building trusted partnerships. <\/li>\n
                • Comfortable working with large datasets and multiple data sources. <\/li>\n
                • Highly organized, proactive, and detail\u2011oriented. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
