Strategic Leadership <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Define and lead the long\u2011term Development &#038; Partnerships strategy aligned with organizational vision and growth objectives. <\/li>\n<li>Advise executive leadership on revenue diversification, partnership models, and funding opportunities. <\/li>\n<li>Position the organization competitively within regional and international cultural ecosystems. <\/li>\n<li>Lead high\u2011value fundraising initiatives including major gifts, endowments, grants, and sponsorships. <\/li>\n<li>Establish ambitious revenue targets and ensure consistent achievement through structured pipelines. <\/li>\n<li>Oversee development of compelling funding proposals and cases for support at institutional level. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>3. Corporate &#038; Institutional Partnerships <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Build and maintain strategic relationships with global corporations, foundations, and government bodies. <\/li>\n<li>Negotiate and secure complex, multi\u2011year partnership agreements. <\/li>\n<li>Develop innovative partnership models that enhance brand positioning and audience engagement. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>4. Stakeholder &#038; Board Engagement <\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Act as a key representative to board members, trustees, and high\u2011level stakeholders. <\/li>\n<li>Lead engagement strategies for patrons, donors, and strategic partners. <\/li>\n<li>Represent the organization in international forums, events, and high\u2011level negotiations. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>5.
